Beacon is the assistant in Saphion. It works beside everyone in your business, in the office, on site and on the move, with your company's own knowledge and only ever with the access each person already has.
Talk to Beacon the way you'd talk to a colleague. Ask about a project, a record or a document and get an answer with its sources. Hand it the jobs that fill a day: drafting, checking, preparing and following up. Bigger jobs show a plan you can follow, change or stop.
Beacon listening, thinking and answering in voice
Beacon shows what it's doing as it works: listening while you speak, thinking while it reads your company's information, and replying when it's ready. When a job needs an expert, such as a formal document your company signs off, Beacon calls on a specialist that knows the work and brings the result back for your review.
Nothing leaves your control. Beacon acts only as you could, asks before it sends email unless you've told it otherwise, and keeps a record of what it drafted and what you approved.
