AI steps inside company Automation rules. For example: assess a new enquiry against your qualification criteria, route the follow-up to the right person, wait for a reply and escalate if needed. The reasoning uses the company pot; completed action steps use the separate action allowance.
Each purchased Platform seat contributes the amount shown on its package. Twenty Team seats include £20 a month in one shared pot, already included in your subscription. You do not pay that amount again.
Automations without AI use no AI allowance. Asking Beacon yourself—including a personal Scheduled task—uses your personal allowance. A recurring task is not company-funded simply because it runs on a schedule. Designated RAMS and Tenders operations use their product pools.

Standard comes with every Platform seat. Upgrade only the people who need stronger models or more capacity.
AI allowances are expressed in pounds. More expensive models consume more allowance. Image generation uses the same personal AI allowance; there is no separate image subscription. Pro and Max totals include the Standard baseline. No automatic overage spending.

Your company can fund additional personal Beacon usage, with a company cap and a limit for each person. Everyone keeps their included allowance. Extra spending must be explicitly enabled.
