Allow, Ask and Deny settings for what Beacon may do
Beacon can only do what you could do yourself. Every action it takes is checked against your own access at the moment it happens, never against a broader system account.
You choose how it behaves for each kind of action: go ahead, ask first, or never. Sending email asks first by default, and senders, recipients and threads are fixed by Saphion rather than guessed.
Your Microsoft 365 stays yours. Nobody, your manager included, can see your mail or calendar through Saphion. Automations act only within the permission given when they were switched on, and every run is recorded.
