Your site teams record their work in PlanRadar. Saphion reads it, checks it against the assurance standard your Organisation has set, and gives your reviewers something they can act on and stand behind.
Connect with PlanRadar, read-only
Saphion reads your PlanRadar records and never writes back to them. The connection is held once for your Organisation — PlanRadar credentials never enter the product, a browser or a Saphion record.
Set your assurance standard
Which projects are in scope, which forms and report templates matter, who reviews, and on what schedule. It's held as versioned configuration for your Organisation, so the standard being applied is always a decision someone made.
Evidence is collected, not summarised away
Saphion takes a record of exactly what was in scope at the point it was checked, so a review can always be traced back to the evidence it was made on.
Checks run and exceptions surface
What met your standard, what didn't, and what's missing entirely — set out plainly, rather than buried in a score.
Your reviewer decides
An exception becomes a finding only when a person says so. Findings, corrective actions and who owns them are asserted, assigned and tracked by your team.
A record that holds up later
Reports and trends over time, with an audit trail of what was checked, when, and against which version of your standard.
Exceptions are raised. Findings are always yours.
Saphion can show you where your records don't meet the standard you set. It never decides that something is a non-compliance, closes it out, or changes anything in PlanRadar — those stay with the people accountable for the work.
In development — not yet available
PlanRadar Assurance is being built alongside Saphion's other products. It isn't something you can configure or buy today, and we won't imply otherwise.
If you already run PlanRadar and assurance is currently a manual exercise in exports and spreadsheets, tell us how you do it now. It won't change when this product ships, but it shapes what we build around.
