What we look at, and what we don't
Discovery uses the minimum access it needs, not the maximum it could ask for.
Interviews and walkthroughs
Conversations, screen-share observation and sample documents are always enough to deliver a study.
Time-boxed, read-only access
Where you choose to grant it, revocable read-only access to a system can sharpen the findings.
What's never taken
Write access, individual mailboxes, bulk personal-data exports or credentials outside your own accounts are never part of discovery.
