Sharing and inviting are simpler. Add several people at once and see each person's role at a glance. Inviting is email addresses, a role, product seats and Send.
A won job becomes a Project. Marking an opportunity won offers to create its Project in the same step, numbered for you.
Changes appear as they happen. When someone changes something you can see, it updates on your screen without a refresh.
Import only the actions you need. Choose which template rows to import into a Project, add single rows later, and keep the template's numbering.
Activity in plain sentences. Activity says who changed what, and Admins can filter the audit log and see each change's before and after.
